Our Returns & Satisfaction Policy

At Noah’s Ark Pet Treats, we measure our success by yours. We stand behind the quality of our products and the integrity of our service with a commitment to customer satisfaction. If our products do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or your professional expectations, we are committed to making it right.

We take pride in providing high-quality, natural pet nutrition products and stand behind their safety and integrity when handled and stored properly. Because our raw and frozen products are perishable and intended for raw feeding, we maintain a strict return policy designed to protect both our customers and their pets.

Return Eligibility

Dry Products:
Dry and shelf-stable items are eligible for return if they are in their original packaging and at least 80% full, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. These items are eligible for a 100% return under approved conditions.

Raw & Frozen Products:
For health, safety, and biosecurity reasons, raw and frozen products are generally non-returnable once opened. Returns for raw products will not be accepted due to preference (including pet refusal), unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

In cases where a concern is raised, we may request photos or additional details to assess the issue. To maintain food safety standards, physical return of raw products is typically not required. However, we may ask that the product be held for inspection or returned at our expense if necessary. Please do not discard any product until instructed.

Resolution Process

Once a return or claim is approved, we will issue a credit note or replacement as appropriate. Our goal is always to resolve concerns fairly while maintaining the highest standards of product safety and quality.
